PINOT BLANC a variety with a pleasant bouquet, reminiscent of dried fruits, sometimes of sandy soil. Its features are also reflected in the high extract, fullness and harmony. Statistical data collected on the KGZ in Nova Gorica, indicate that this variety is at least vary in quality. In the last five years, there has been a sharp increase in the variety.
