Organoleptic description:
Premium wine, a pleasant, full-bodied, with a calculated acid, giving the wine freshness needed. Smell of the wine is varietal, reminds of lemon, green apple, cedar, grapefruit, nicely rounded with a delicate aroma of vanilla and fresh bread crust. The wine's taste is full of gently expressed acid and harmonious, completion of a smooth taste with a gentle touch of sweet tannins. Departure is of medium length.
Sommelier's recommendation:
Rebula goes well with refreshing salads, dishes made of white marine fish, seafood, risotto with vegetables and pasta with vegetable sauces. We especially recommend dandelion with cracklings, risotto with bladder campion, fried elder and acacia flower.
