Taste of the wine: mild, fragrant, sweet, less full, with mild acid, rounded and harmonious.
Quality of wine: must be varietable, otherwise it is better not to appear.
Some of it is bottled as a single variety with a suitable residual unfermented sugar, and can provide top quality, but mainly, it is classified and in that way enriches in bouquet and flavor.
