Cabernet Sauvignon of Vipava wine-growing district, is the variety, that holds great promise.
The locals haven't shown all their potencial yet. A number of gold medals, which this wine has received are the guarantee, that this French variety is given a special privilege. Its peculiar bouquet of forest fruits with all the elegance, gives this wine a major distinction.
The high extract, expressed in this wine, gives the fullness, harmony and loveliness.
With the aging process, it loses its varietal character and gets a delicate taste of elegant mature wine, which reminds us of the ripe or even boiled fruits.
